Qiuana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management, which has been instrumental in helping her clients structure, manage, and scale their businesses. Her Master’s degree in Psychology further enhances her ability to coach business owners, especially in navigating workplace dynamics, team development, and the challenges of managing both difficult and high-performing employees.
